This place is pretty kooky.

Creative, crowded, messy, kindofun (that’s a new one….”kindofun”)……weird….and just about right, actually.

Just about right….perfect.

Walk down to the lake…..have a concert in the little amphitheater…..

Good stuff.

Now, if you were going to flip this thing, you might want to add some granite and an island in the kitchen….maybe some laminate floors…..maybe a walk in shower…..and a new carport….but if all you were going to do was rent it out on airbnb.com ….welllllll…..I guess you could just leave it alone.

I’m kidding about the “flip” upgrades.

Everybody wants their granite, though.

All these little places…..individuals making funky and creative spaces.
